Coaches Club

Our terms.

Last updated 6 November 2026

These are the terms for everything Coaches Club offers: our free online classes, the Coaches Club Portfolio, the mentorship, our community and anything else you buy or use from us. By registering for a class, applying, buying a programme or joining the community you agree to them. Please read them: they say what you get, what you pay, when you can cancel and what we don't promise.

Coaches Club is run by RISY ONLINE LTD, a company registered in Gibraltar (company number 124453), registered office G02 Eurocity, Gibraltar GX11 1AA. "We", "us" and "Coaches Club" mean RISY ONLINE LTD. "You" means the person or business using our services. Questions: [email protected].

1. Who our services are for

Our services are for fitness and health coaches and people running, or building, a coaching business. You confirm that you are at least 18, that you are buying for your business (not as a consumer for personal use), and that the details you give us about your business, audience and income are true. If you are buying as a consumer, the consumer rights of the country you live in still apply and nothing here takes them away.

2. The free class

Our online classes are free. You register with your name, email and mobile number; we send your link and reminders (see our privacy policy for how we use them). The class is live, one hour, and unless we say otherwise there is no replay. We may change the date, time or presenter, or cancel a class; if we do, we will email you. Nothing in a class is a promise about what your business will earn, and nothing on the day is for sale unless we say so.

3. The mentorship

The mentorship is a fixed-term programme we deliver to you: the training, calls, materials and community access described when you buy. What you get, the term, the price and the payment plan are agreed on your call and set out in the payment link or order we send you. That confirmation plus these terms is our agreement.

We deliver the mentorship with reasonable care and skill. You get the results you work for: we do not promise any level of followers, clients or income (section 9).

4. The Portfolio

The Portfolio is our done-for-you service on revenue share: we build and run parts of your sales process with you and get paid a share of the revenue it produces, with no cash up front. It is for coaches who qualify, and whether you qualify is our decision. The share, the term, what we do, what you do and how the money is accounted for are set out in a separate written Portfolio agreement, signed by both of us, which comes first if it says anything different to these terms. If there is no signed Portfolio agreement, there is no Portfolio arrangement.

5. Paying

  • Payment provider. Payments are taken by Stripe (or another provider we name). Your card details go to them, not to us. By paying you agree to their terms too.
  • Pay in full. One payment, taken when you buy.
  • Monthly plans and split pay. If you choose a monthly plan or split pay, you authorise us to charge your saved card automatically on the same date each month until the plan ends or is cancelled under section 6. Split pay is the full programme price divided into an agreed number of monthly payments: it is not a monthly subscription you can stop part way, and the whole price is due even if you stop taking part.
  • Finance and payment plans. Where a payment plan is offered, its terms are shown at checkout before you agree. If you pay through a third-party finance provider, their agreement governs the credit and ours governs the programme.
  • Currency and tax. Prices are in the currency on your payment link (GBP, USD or AUD). Prices are shown without VAT or sales tax unless we say otherwise; if tax applies to you, it is added.
  • Failed payments. If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it and we will get in touch. If it is still unpaid after 7 days we may pause your access until it is paid, and if it stays unpaid we may end your programme and recover what is owed, with reasonable collection costs. Pausing your access does not reduce what you owe.
  • Chargebacks. Contact us before raising a dispute with your bank; we would rather sort it out. A chargeback for an amount you owe is treated as non-payment.

6. Cancelling

  • Free class. Nothing to cancel. Unsubscribe from the emails or reply STOP to the texts at any time.
  • Monthly plan with no fixed end (for example ongoing membership or coaching billed month to month). Email [email protected] from the address we hold. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month: your plan ends then and we do not refund part months.
  • Fixed-term programmes (the mentorship, and anything sold for a set term, including split pay). Once we have started delivering it you cannot cancel for a refund, and the remaining payments stay due, except as section 7 says. You can stop taking part at any time.
  • The Portfolio. As set out in your Portfolio agreement.
  • Our right to end it. We may end your programme or remove you from the community if you break these terms, behave abusively towards our team or other members, share our materials, or give us false information. If we do, you are not refunded and anything owed stays due. If we end your programme for any other reason, we refund the part you have paid for and not received.

7. Refunds

We do not give refunds, except where the law says we must. In particular:

  • If you are a consumer in the UK, you have 14 days from buying to cancel a service bought online. By asking us to start straight away, you agree that if you cancel inside the 14 days you pay for what we delivered up to then, and that once the programme is fully delivered you lose the right to cancel.
  • If you are in Australia, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.
  • If you are in the US, your state may give you rights we cannot limit; where it does, those rights apply.

If we have made a mistake, such as charging you twice, tell us and we will put it right.

8. What you agree to do

  • Give us true information and keep your contact details up to date.
  • Turn up and do the work: the programmes only work if you do.
  • Run your own coaching business lawfully: your own clients, their results, your claims, your ads and your obligations to the platforms you use (Instagram, Meta, TikTok and others) are your responsibility.
  • Keep your login and community access to yourself.
  • Treat our team and other members with respect, and keep what other members share in the community private.
  • For the Portfolio, give us the access we need (for example to your Instagram inbox) and keep it working for the term, as your Portfolio agreement says.

9. Results and income

Everything we teach is based on what has worked for us and for coaches we have worked with. Your results depend on your audience, your offer, your prices, the effort you put in and things neither of us control. We do not guarantee any number of followers, leads, clients, sales or income, and nothing we say, show or write is a promise of income. Client results we show are those clients' own, are not typical, and are not a prediction of yours. For the Portfolio, we do not guarantee any revenue, and if there is none we are not paid.

10. Not professional advice

We teach marketing, sales and business building for coaches. We are not accountants, lawyers, financial advisers or healthcare professionals, and nothing we provide is tax, legal, financial or medical advice. Get your own advice where you need it. You, not we, are responsible for the advice you give your own clients.

11. Our materials and yours

Our training, templates, scripts, recordings, the Machine Check and Checklist, and everything else we give you are ours (or licensed to us). You may use them in your own coaching business for as long as you are a member or client and afterwards for your own use. You may not sell, share, publish, teach or copy them, or use them to build a competing programme. Your content stays yours; you give us permission to use what you share with us to deliver your programme and run the community. We only use your name, image or results in marketing with your permission.

12. Recordings and the community

Classes, calls and community sessions may be recorded for people who could not attend and for training our team; we tell you when a call is recorded. The community (the Coaches Clubhouse) has its own house rules, which form part of these terms. We may remove posts or members that break them.

13. What we are responsible for

  • We are responsible for delivering what we agreed with reasonable care and skill.
  • We are not responsible for loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill, or for indirect or consequential loss, however it arises.
  • Our total liability to you for anything connected with our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
  • Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything the law does not allow us to limit, including your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law and UK consumer law.

14. Texts, emails and your information

How we use your information, including texts and emails, is in our privacy policy. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts; every email has an unsubscribe link.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes and, if a change affects a programme you are on, we email you. Changes do not affect a price or term you have already agreed.

16. Disputes and law

If something goes wrong, email [email protected] first: a real person will reply and we will try to sort it out within 30 days. These terms are governed by the law of Gibraltar and the courts of Gibraltar have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in and may bring a claim in your own courts. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies. These terms, your order or payment confirmation and, where you have one, your Portfolio agreement are the whole agreement between us.
